Returns are only accepted with approval by the CRC and subject to a $50 restocking fee.

Hardware Guarantee

The Computer ReUse Center offers a 30-day hardware guarantee. We will replace or repair hardware that we determine is faulty or defective. Damage caused by the owner or by an accident while in the possession of the owner is not covered. Basically if you spill a latte into your computer we are not responsible for repairing it but if there is something wrong with the equipment you receive from us we will stand behind it. After 30-days, please contact us if you have problems and we will replace or repair equipment at our discretion.

Service

If you purchased a computer that included service, you are entitled to email and phone based support for the term of service. You may also make an appointment to bring in your computer so we can help you in-person. Support is limited to operating hours.

The goal of our service is to help you with your computer. If you need help connecting to a wireless network, you find a virus or any other problem please contact us.

Shipping

We do not offer shipping on orders placed on our website. Contact us in person if you need equipment shipped.
